Always Speak Up

We’re hairstylists, and we’re skilled, but we’re no magicians or mind readers. Also, we’re trying to give you the best haircut possible, but at the end of the day, it all comes down to personal choices.

So, if you don’t like the direction we’re going in with your haircut, feel free to speak up. Let your stylist know that you’re not completely happy with it. This will allow them to either explain the direction they’re headed in or make adjustments. Keep in mind that there is less room for improvement and fixes with each strand we cut—so speak up!

This goes without saying, but when looking for a new hairstylist, it’s always a good idea to get recommendations from friends and family and check out reviews. A hairstylist might be skilled and famous, but they may have a sour personality which might ruin the whole experience for you and discourage you from speaking up.

Also, ask for their opinion once you find a good-natured and professional stylist. You might have a particular haircut in mind, but with their experience, they might be able to tell you if it would work for your face shape or not. Listen to their advice and let them do their magic!
